TRUMPET FANFARE!!!

Here is the cover for my new book, a Romantic Suspense entitled Saving Samantha (if the big white block letters on the cover aren’t clear.)

I couldn’t be more pleased. It is exactly what I wanted. That makes my artist at The Wild Rose Press, Teddi Black, two for two as she also designed the cover for Sensible Shoes, which I love.

I am now at liberty to tell you more about Saving Samantha, which was cloaked (appropriately enough) in mystery before.

It is part of a new series from The Wild Rose Press called Men and Women of Valor. The premise is that one of the main characters (the hero or heroine) must be former military and work for the fictional Bolton’s Valor Security and Investigations, headquartered in Colorado.

In my book that person is Jack Stone, a former Navy pilot and unabashed rogue. The heroine is feisty Samantha Morgan, an independent career woman who’s had enough of men. Murder and mayhem ensue with some romance muddying the pristine sands of Key West. Throw in a few red herrings, a horse named Turk, a candlelit dinner, and a moody, New England forest and I hope I’ve created a page-turning mystery that keeps you guessing.

I don’t have a release date yet, but it should be out toward the end of the year. I’ll let you know, of course.
